A few things to know before your visit, so every appointment runs smoothly.

Payment Methods

I accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle, cash or check. E-gift certificates are also available.

Reservations

To secure your preferred appointment, I recommend booking at least one to two weeks in advance, as my schedule varies week to week. A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your card is held only as part of the cancellation policy — it will not be charged until the end of your appointment, unless you prefer another method of payment such as cash or Zelle.

Cancellation & Late Policy

Your treatment time is reserved especially for you, and I value your business very much. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Missed appointments with no notice will be charged in full.

You'll receive a reminder three days before your appointment, giving you the chance to confirm, cancel or make changes. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may be charged a fee.

These policies keep the business running smoothly — when an appointment is missed or cancelled last-minute, that time can't be offered to another client. When you book, you're agreeing to these policies.

Prices & Services

Pricing may vary depending on the customization of each service. Current pricing for every treatment is shown when you book online. I'll always do my best to keep clients informed of any changes, and you're welcome to ask about pricing and availability when booking.

Consultations

A consultation is the best way to begin — we'll assess your skin, talk through your goals and build the right plan. Consultations carry a fee; however, that fee is applied in full toward any products or services purchased during the same visit. When you move forward the same day, your consultation effectively pays for itself.

Check-In

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment time. I'll always do my best to accommodate late arrivals, but the length of your service may be adjusted so other clients' appointments aren't affected, and full price will apply. Depending on the service, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Contraindications

A contraindication is a medical condition or factor that may make a client ineligible for a particular treatment. To keep you safe, you'll be asked to complete a medical history form before your first treatment. If a treatment isn't right for you, I may recommend an alternative. Please feel free to call or email with any questions about medical conditions or medications before your appointment.

Refunds

All skincare treatments, laser and skincare packages, products and gift certificates are non-refundable. All sales are final.
